Returns

Customized or clearly personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please fill out our Return Request Form with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
Refunds
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we are not responsible for additional shipping costs. Reshipping will only occur after confirmation and payment of the new shipping fee.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include a photo and your order number – we’ll make it right.
