Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the BeatsBills online store.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order/checkout button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. Confirmation of your order is sent via email immediately after the order is submitted.
The contract is concluded once we confirm the shipment or deliver the goods.
Prices and Shipping Costs

Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide during checkout.

Applicable Law
All contracts are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers within the EU, this only applies if it does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections of their local laws.
