All orders are processed as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your package is on its way. ​ We aim to keep our packaging as minimal and sustainable as possible.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

In rare cases, delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or issues with the carrier (DHL). We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist if you have any concerns.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we are not responsible for additional shipping costs. Reshipping will only occur after confirmation and payment of the new shipping fee.
