Returns
You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Please note: Customized or clearly personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right!
